How long does the job take?

The Job usually three days . Times will vary slightly depending on size and what materials are used on floor.

What's the difference between polyurethane and waterbasepoly?

There are several differences that are very important.

1. Polyurethane takes eight hours to dry where waterbase takes three hours.

2. Waterbase is lighter in color, where as Polyurethane has a honey tone. A Polyurethane floor usually takes three days complete. A Waterbase floor can usually be done in two.

NOTE: if you choose waterbase you must use a commercial grade to equal the durability of poly] Many competitors use a low grade waterbase to give you a lower price, but it will not hold up like a good grade water base or Polyurethane.

How do you prevent dust from flowing throught house?

We put up plastic to help prevent dust from flowing through the house. We can't prevent it all so, expect some dust to get around.

When is it better to do the floors, Summer or Winter?

It really doesn't matter what time of year your floors are done. There are advantages and disadvantages to both.

Do animal stains come out?

The sucess of getting stains out will depend on the extent of the stains. Usually, urine stains will come out75% of the time. We always do our best to get them out, but we will let you know what we feel the chances are of getting them out.
